Returns and Exchanges

Did we make a mistake?
It happens!
In case we sent you the wrong merchandise, style or color, we will assume full responsibility for our mistake, assist you with the return, give you the option of returning the merchandise for a refund or exchanging for any other items. If you prefer to exchange, we will pay for the shipment of the replacement items.

Did you change your mind?
It happens!
Did the item you ordered seem too big, too small, too daring, too serious ...or simply not what you thought it would be?
We understand this could happen. If that's the case, simply send it back, unworn, in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will issue a credit store certificate that you may use at your convenience within 30 days or we can send you a replacement per your instructions. We will send you a separate invoice for the additional shipping/handling. If the original order had free shipping or coupon discounts, the corresponding amount (*) will be deducted.
If you prefer a credit and you used a coupon for free shipping, we will only charge you for the corresponding shipping.

IMPORTANT. THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

• ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE
• ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT COUPON
• ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR TRIED-ON
• THONGS AND JOCKSTRAPS

(*) If you received free shipping on the original order, we will deduct our standard shipping fee or the actual shipping fee that we paid to send your order, whichever is higher.

Returning Merchandise

Worn, used or fitted merchandise may not be returned and will not be accepted back.

Merchandise must be returned in new condition including all original packaging and labels. If that is not the case we will be forced to sent it back to you at your own cost.

To return merchandise, you must obtain an authorization number first by sending us a request no later than 30 DAYS FROM THE SHIPMENT DATE including your order number.
